    A bit about me!

I know what it feels like to be doing work that matters and still feel stretched thin, reactive, and disconnected from your own life. I spent years inside complex global systems, supporting leaders through conflict, volatility, and institutional change across cultures and contexts. What I learned firsthand is that sustainable impact doesn't come only from what we build externally. It comes from the internal structure we bring to the work.

Today I work as a facilitator, teacher, and guide, helping people build that internal structure: the capacity to lead with clarity, stay grounded under pressure, and sustain meaningful work without losing themselves.

    I bring:

    • Deep experience supporting leaders under pressure
    • A systems-informed understanding of conflict and change
    • A commitment to thoughtful inquiry over quick answers
    • A grounded, non-performative approach rooted in integrity
    • A belief that depth and effectiveness don't require disconnecting from real life

I work with people who want more than coping.

I work with people who want the capacity to lead without losing themselves.

    What will you learn?

    • Build the capacity to:
      • Lead with clarity through complexity (not just survive it)
      • Sustain meaningful work over decades (not burn out in months)
      • Show up fully to what matters (without running on empty)
      • Navigate uncertainty with groundedness (instead of constant reactivity)

    This is for you if:

    • You know you need something foundational, not just another technique
    • You're doing necessary work and can't afford to check out
    • You need practices that work in real life, not just when everything's calm
    • You're building for the long haul, not looking for quick fixes
