Welcome to The Ground Collective!

Simple tools to reclaim spaciousness in your day

We’re constantly rushing, but time feels like it is slipping away.

    Who am I?

Hi! I'm Rebecca. Drawing on 20+ years of Tibetan Buddhist practice and 15+ years navigating international peacebuilding and development work, I've seen how sustainable change—whether in organizations, communities, or ourselves—requires true inner capacity. The practice we offer makes contemplative wisdom accessible and relevant for modern life. It doesn't require you to leave your reality behind—it helps you show up to it with more clarity, resilience, and skill.

    What will you learn?

    • No extra time required. No elaborate routines. Just simple shifts that give time back.

This practice is for you if:

    • You're accomplished and component, but not great at slowing down
    • You feel like you "should" meditate but most practices feel disconnected from real life
    • You need to feel steady without having everything around you to be calm first
