Five practices to reclaim your time!

We’re constantly rushing, but time feels like it is slipping away.

We’re always busy, yet nothing feels complete.

We’re doing more than ever, yet feeling less present to our actual lives.

Here's what most people don't realize: The problem isn't that you don't have enough time.

It's that your time has been fragmented into a thousand pieces.

These five practices won't add hours to your day—they'll reclaim the hours you already have from fragmentation, exhaustion, and constant reactivity.

    Who am I?

I'm Rebecca. I've practiced Tibetan Buddhist meditation for 22 years and spent 15+ years in international peacebuilding—supporting leaders navigating impossible complexity in crisis zones.

Here's what I learned: sustainable change requires foundational capacity. Not willpower. Not optimization. Infrastructure.

I make contemplative practice accessible and relevant for modern life. You don't have to leave your reality behind. You learn to show up to it with more clarity, steadiness, and skill.

    What will you learn?

Five simple practices that create spaciousness without adding a single minute to your day.

    • You're accomplished and competent, but not great at slowing down
    • You need practices that work in real life, not just when everything's calm
    • You're tired of "should" around meditation—you want something that actually helps
